To benefit from our new packages, customers must sign a 36-month monitoring commitment (24 months in California). Your monthly pricing is guaranteed during that time period, so you won’t encounter surprise price hikes.
You can certainly enjoy protection at your new address. You should get in touch with us at least 30 days prior to moving so we can drop the early termination charges of your active agreement. We’ll then discuss the protection you want at your new location and schedule an installation.
